Returns & Exchanges Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage.Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

Lost or Missing Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.

We will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
